Collections and Account Receivable Agent

This is a flexible part time job opportunity.

This job consists of both Accounts Receivable and Collections. As well as having an understanding of the whole Accounting cycle, the Accounts Receivable component will entail:

Resolving Accounts Receivable issues with customers
Preparing aging reports
High level of Collections knowledge is required.

As the Collections Specialist, candidates will be expected to create and maintain credit history files, document daily collections activity, research account disputes and billing discrepancies, and identify delinquent Accounts which may require additional collection effort. In addition to the Accounting aspect of this position, this position has a built in customer service aspect as well. Strong communication is mandatory.
